Inner Child Therapy

What is inner child therapy?

Inner child therapy is simple, yet profound. It is a healing therapy in which a safe space is created for you to meet and greet your inner child and to be guided in meditation to find out what old beliefs they are clinging to. What self limiting beliefs are holding you back and what true desires your inner child wants to bring to your awareness to bring more joy and play back into your life. 

This modality has been one of the most powerful healings I have ever experienced. It is deep and profound in its results as well as quick and effective. It is exactly what it says. It is healing the child within you through connection, listening, attention, approval, forgiveness and acceptance.

Who is this for? 

Everyone. Of all ages. Anyone who is curious to connect more to themselves. 

What will happen in the session?

Within my one to one and group sessions I use methods of visualisation and guided meditation, breath-work, NLP re-programming techniques and talking therapy, such a sharing within the circle or to myself, allowing your inner child to be seen, heard, accepted and loved in whatever arises.  I always  create a comforting and safe container for this work to take place. I often use the power of herbs and resin as cleansing tools within the space to clear the energy that is released. After care is important for all my clients to receive. It is important that people are gentle with themselves after this work and continue to parent themselves afterwards in a patient and calm manner. It is a powerful practice 

The session will consist of me guiding you through some meditations and visualizations to meet younger you, to create a connection and to rewrite and heal old wounds.

Where are the sessions held?

These sessions can be held either on zoom, in the comfort of your own home or in my therapy room.
